By accessing or using the DelWA mobile application, website, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

DelWA is a digital wealth platform designed for the Indian market. The Services may include Smart Wealth Assistant features, risk profiling, wealth assignment, mutual fund discovery, transaction facilitation, and portfolio-related tools.

DelWA operates as an ARN-certified mutual fund distributor where applicable, and may integrate with ONDC-connected ecosystem participants, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), registrars, and payment partners to fulfil user-initiated requests.

To use DelWA, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority under applicable Indian law.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Complete KYC and other verification requirements as mandated by regulators.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Information, recommendations, risk profiles, wealth assignments, and responses from the Smart Wealth Assistant are provided for informational and facilitation purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a guarantee of returns.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. You should read scheme-related documents, understand risks, and consult a qualified professional where needed.

DelWA uses risk profiling and goal inputs to suggest suitable mutual fund pathways. These outputs depend on the accuracy of information you provide. You must review suitability carefully and update your profile when your circumstances change.

When you initiate a mutual fund transaction through DelWA:

• Orders are subject to AMC, registrar, and payment partner acceptance.
• NAV applicability, cut-off times, and settlement timelines follow applicable rules.
• Redemptions, SIPs, and switches are governed by scheme documents and regulatory norms.
• DelWA is not responsible for market performance or fund manager decisions.

DelWA provides mutual fund distribution services as an ARN-certified entity in accordance with applicable AMFI and SEBI guidelines. Regulatory disclosures, commission structures, and conflict-of-interest policies will be made available as required by law.

The Smart Wealth Assistant uses automated systems to respond to queries and surface information. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for financial decisions. Always verify critical information before acting.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Certain services may involve fees, commissions, or charges disclosed at the time of transaction or in applicable regulatory disclosures. AMC-level expenses and loads apply as per scheme documents.

All content, branding, software, and materials on DelWA are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DelWA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or investment losses arising from use of the Services, market movements, third-party failures, or force majeure events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DelWA and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for security, compliance, or policy violations. You may request account deletion as described on our Delete Account page, subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection and regulatory dispute mechanisms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels.
